He graduated his PhD in 2009 at the INPL (Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine), in the field of microbial ecology. Afterwards, Mickael developed his skills both in molecular microbiology and in bioprocess engineering at the LRGP laboratory (UPR 3349 CNRS). Strengthened by his post-PhD experience, he works since 2012 at the GEPEA lab onto microbial functionality and bioprocess engineering to develop new microbial exploitation solutions both for bioproduction and organic pollutant bioremediation.

Teaching experience :
Mickael has performed more than 200 hours of teaching in the fields of microbiology, virology and bioremediation for Bachelors’ students. Since 2014, Mickael is notably implicated in the Certification for food hygiene to the catering professionals, at IUT La Roche sur Yon (Nantes University) [FR: Décret 2011-731 du 24/06/2011, Art.233.6 du code rural et de la pêche].
